Terms & Policies
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY ::
Prior to joining Portsmouth Paddle Co. services, all participants are required to sign a waiver and release of liability. This may be completed online at the time of MINDBODY account creation. Supplemental forms may be required, particularly for guardians of minors.
RESERVATION POLICIES ::
Pre-registration is required for all Paddle Board Tours, Yoga Classes, Lessons, Rentals and Events to ensure availability of paddle boarding equipment. Reservations can be made via Portsmouth Paddle Co.'s online MINDBODY system or via the MINDBODY App. The online registration window closes 2 hours prior to Rentals, 4 hours prior to Lessons, 4 hours prior to the start of regularly scheduled Tours and Yoga classes, and 12 hours prior to the start of Partner Events (unless otherwise indicated). PURCHASE POLICIES ::
Purchases are non-refundable, except where otherwise stated for Private Event deposits. All purchases are non-transferable to others. Tour and Class Packs may not be shared among multiple individuals. Purchases are valid for the year in which they are purchased. Tour & Class Packs are valid during Portsmouth Paddle Co.'s Summer Season, from May - September 2018. Gift card sales are final; gift cards over $100 are valid up to 5 years and under $100 never expire!
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GUIDED TOURS & YOGA ::
Early cancellations will result in a class credit being returned to your account for future use
Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of the activity (late cancels) and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the session and you will be charged as attending

SPECIAL EVENTS ::
Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable for all Special Events, including Partner Events. In the event of extenuating circumstances that require a cancellation please contact us.
PRIVATE GROUP EVENTS ::
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Deposits are fully-refundable for cancellations made up to 30 days before the program or event begins. A 50% refund of the deposit will be issued for cancellations occurring between 30-15 days prior to the event or class. Cancellations made within 14 days of the class or event are non-refundable. The balance is due at the time of service. The amount due may be adjusted based on the final number of participants up to 72 hours before the session. Changes to Private Classes and Events, including date, time and number of participants, must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time by contacting us directly.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS ::
Portsmouth Paddle Co. reserves the right to cancel any on-water activity due to dangerous water or weather conditions. In this case, un-paid sessions will not be charged and pre-paid sessions will be added back to your account for future use. For Private Events and other Special Events, we will work with you to re-schedule your outing - if rescheduling is not possible a full refund will be issued. We do not cancel paddle boarding activities due to scattered showers or overcast skies; we will contact you if a cancellation is made due to strong wind, downpours or thunderstorms.
It is your responsibility to let the instructors and guides know of all of your physical, mental and emotional limitations or challenges before your session begins. We will do our best to support you in participating in yoga and paddle boarding activities. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in any classes or instruction provided by Portsmouth Paddle Co. or SEAVASANA. When participating in our programs, you agree to follow all instructions and rules provided regarding yoga and paddle boarding activities.
